Our company provides a customer information and fee management system (CIS) using a cloud platform for the power industry, and in 2024 TEPCO Energy Partner, Inc. (TEPCO EP) introduced this high-voltage CIS.

This CIS is flexible in responding to fluctuations in fuel prices and trends in the wholesale electricity market, making it possible to provide customers with the optimal fee menu, and by adopting agile development, it is possible to implement it quickly.

With the cooperation of both companies, the time from installation to the start of operation was shortened to about six months, and a trouble-free system was successfully built.

Going forward, both companies will continue to improve the cloud system and aim to develop services that meet the diverse needs of customers. In addition, Unified Services aims to contribute to the efficiency and innovation of the entire power industry by utilizing the reliability and scalability of the cloud infrastructure.
