(hereinafter referred to as KGE ), which operates a renewable energy-derived electricity (hereinafter referred to as renewable energy electricity) business , and has now begun providing the service.
This system will enable efficient management and operation of KGE 's renewable energy power business, both in terms of bilateral procurement of renewable energy power from power generation companies and sales of the power to real estate managed by the KENEDIX Group .
■Background
As part of the Kenedix Group's efforts to contribute to a sustainable environment , KGE was established in 2023 to promote the introduction of renewable energy electricity to the real estate it manages . KGE procures renewable energy electricity through PPAs with power generation companies and sells it to consumers by acting as an intermediary for retail electricity companies.
Our cloud -based CIS (hereinafter referred to as "this system") was introduced as the management and operation platform to support this business , with the following main objectives :
